Update: Here's my comment. Navionics support told me that: I can continue offline for a short time due to slow internet access before Navionics servers go down They will make all the necessary changes to ensure that it will not happen again for the next 2 years I can resume online use whenever I want but currently there is no time agreement to remind that it should happen with some 2 weeks of between 2 weeks if by some occasion Navionics suddenly go down, I may have to wait a long time before I could update it.They will take into account that issue in future implementations.
I have just returned from a vacation and it was a great trip. I'm looking forward to show the Cozumel map to them.Anyway, I discovered a loss of the Navionics U.S. 43xg chart offline at my departure point from Miami.I have filed a support request on navionics site, but I also sent an email to them. I have not received a response. In my email I requested a refund on my subscription (really wanted to pay for the 45xg). This was unnecessary, but I like to make my communication with Navionics as direct as possible.
Any chance of getting a refund on the 43xg subscription. I did try to reach the customer support by email but have had no response since. I prefer to wait to be refunded rather than to purchase a new chart. I would appreciate any help regarding the refund. Thanks
Hello,I lost navionics 43gxG in my cell-phone because it was the only map i had on my phone. The chart is to update it will take several weeks before it is available. I tried to contact support by app but got no reply. Yes, I do not want to renew the subscription. Do you have any idea as to where i could purchase a replacement chart. d2c66b5586
